AI Founder provides an AI-powered startup idea validation platform that analyzes business ideas through various startup validation frameworks including ICE, JTBD, and Lean Canvas. Our Services include:

  • Basic idea validation with limited frameworks and simple reports (free plan)
  • Comprehensive analysis using all validation frameworks (pro plan)
  • Detailed market research and competitor analysis
  • Actionable recommendations for idea refinement
  • Validation credits system for accessing detailed reports

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Compliance with Terms

You agree to use the Services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

By submitting ideas, feedback, or other content to our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Pricing

We offer both free and paid Services. Pricing for our paid Services is available on our website.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

5.3 Validation Credits

Validation credits are non-refundable once used to unlock detailed reports. Unused credits may be eligible for refund as per our refund policy.

5.4 Refunds

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine that the Services were delivered as described.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Founder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6.2 Your Ideas and Content

While we provide validation services for your ideas, we do not claim ownership of your ideas or business concepts. You retain all rights to your original business ideas.

6.3 Validation Reports

Validation reports generated by our Services are provided for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish these reports without our express written permission.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected
  • The Services are free of viruses or other harmful components
  • The results of using the Services will meet your requirements

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL AI FOUNDER, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
  • Any content obtained from the Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. VALIDATION ACCURACY DISCLAIMER

Our AI validation is based on proven startup methodologies and trained on successful business models. However, no validation can guarantee business success. Our system provides insights to help founders refine their ideas, but ultimate business decisions and their outcomes remain your responsibility.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Founder, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Founder is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
